This site is dedicated to the memory of my Father in Law Robert James Wing but affectionately known to everybody as Jim, Jim was a very nice guy mild mannered and always at least appeared in control, He was born in High Wycombe and had one sister Dorothy known to all as Dot, he served in the RAF that is when he met and eventually married Joan they had one Daughter Christine (my wife also on gts), they lived in East London then moved to Dunmow in Essex before moving back again to East Ham, he worked as a telecommunications engineer for the Post Office and was a very knowledgeable man, Jim was a smashing guy loved by all who knew him, but sadly he became ill with a bowell problem and passed away on 25/6/96 his wife Joan is still with us bless her but unfortunately Christine lost her battle against Cancer and joined him in 2000
